Johannes Martin was trying to contact me for a number of days, after my husband requested a quotation and asked them to contact me for the details, however every time Johannes phoned I was either missing the call or was unavailable, eventually his persistance paid off and he finally got me at the right moment when I was available on the 22/01/2012 in the evening while I was at home. He provided me with friendly service and was patient and helpful, and I am glad to say that I will be saving over R1000 on my monthly premiums. Thanks Johannes on a job well done!
