FNB DOES NOT KNOW CLIENT SERVICES

Today I phoned the branch to enquire that I have not recieved a call to tell me that my cheque book is ready. ( I phone 3 and a half weekd ago and they said they would inform me when my cheaque book would be ready)

We at Lions Club of Milnerton have had our account with FNB for 25 years and the country as a whole support FNB.
Marlien said the cheaque book is ready. I asked why I was not informed earlier, no response. I then sai I will send my driver to collect... We don't have a mandate to allow this.

I then painstakingly explained

September 2012 Mr Eksteen the branch managter came to my work to complete a mandate to effect ONE SIGNATURE plus my driver to collect any cheaque book... NO RECORDS AT FNB

I also went in to the branch in DECEMBER /January to change the MANDSATE with JOAN... NOTHING DONE

Their assistant manager BLOMMETJIE phoned me re my unhappiness and then I said I think we will now close this account.. Suite yourself!!! I also did a mandate to do internet banking to reduce bank charges... NIL NIL NIL
I come to the conclusion liars liars liars
