All above staff work for the same company however, all have different responses to my claim. Have forwarded details to all relating to my claim. Ongoing request for the same information sent per email. Originally agreed to paying the claim, emailed agreement of loss to be signed, sent back and a week later now retracting their offer of settlement due to them making amendments to my policy after the fact. Rude and making me out to be the criminal. Cannot believe that insurers requests from their clients to be upfront and honest yet they are not!!!
