To whom it may concern,

I would firstly like to say well done on your new website it look great and thats all...
It is by no way user friendly, i am horrified with your new site.

In the past i purchased electricity hassle free vis telephone or Website. Today i have had nothing but problems.

1) when purchasing electricity it doest show you your token immediately it doesnt give you a confirmation SMS to say the deal is done.
Why this used to be instant in the past. So i did it again
2) it did the same thing again, yet no money has gone off my account.
3) i call customer care and ask them to check it - they cant... they tell me they cant reverse electricity deals, i tell him its not showing so cancel one.
he cant do that cause its not show, ok so when it shows you can cancel one he says no? what the.

SO I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER MY PURCHASES AND NEITHER DOES FNB

FABULOUS

I would like some feed back urgently on this matter, i dont understand why you would change a working website to one that is not?
