They first mess up by not capturing my policy, then they take long to rectify the situation of which i have to go myself to fnb to expedite them getting my information for my policy. Now i keep getting stories about they are either waiting for a quote or waiting for the quote to be authorized and in this whole sorry mess not one person has bothered to actually call me and update me, i have to chase them around for info. Im now getting rather irritated
