Thank you Credit Card Limit Increase department at FNB for once again restoring my faith in my banks ability to get things done. Well done to Tshepo Matlou for having knowledge of the products he deals with and unlike some of the other staff members I spoke to, actually giving me proper and knowledgeable feedback and not just brushing my questions off with a simple "we cant do that." Thank you for having patience with me as I knew nothing about the product and giving me a full background of what was involved. And to Gomotso Malatchi thank you for processing everything so quickly and making me feel like FNB cared about me as a client. These are the kind of people who I feel should be assisting some of your less helpful staff with their telephone etiquette and knowledge on their products. I hope these two empoyees are given some sort of praise for this compliment and possibly made: service superheros" for next month. Thank you again for your outstanding and AMAZING service.
