OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS I HAVE SENT IN NUMEROUS REQUESTS TO MOEDER SERUMULA TO SUBMIT A RATE CONCESSION ON SEVERAL OF MY PROPERTIES. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUESTS.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE SAME PERSON. I MADE A COMPLAINT IN MARCH 2012 ABOUT THE COMPLETE DISINTEREST IN MY ACCOUNT FOR A DIFFERENT QUERY. SINCE THEN MOEDER CONTINUES TO POTRAY THE SAME PATHETIC ATTITUDE.
CLEARLY ABSA LETS THEIR STAFF DO AS THEY PLEASE EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A PRIVATE BANKER WHEN I COULD GET BETTER SERVICE FROM A CALL CENTRE, AND PAY MUCH LOWER BANK FEES.
