I contacted FNB on the 25th of July to notify them that an unauthorised amount has gone off my account the day before. It was at a makeup store and had taken place during work hours.
I found this very suspicious as I do not wear any makeup nor have I ever done so.
I immediately contacted FNB and reported my findings. They had logged my call and said that someone would investigate and call me back within 48 hrs.
After a week had passed with no communication from FNB, I called twice more to query what was happening with my account and whether I would be reimbursed for the illegal payment. I even have reference numbers for the calls.
It has been almost a month now but still no reply from FNB.
I am really tired of FNB as this is not the first issue that I have had with them.
