I write this complaint with regret as originally the service was really good as you guys made a mistake with my quote for car insurance but solved the problem accordingly in fast time. However when i received some documents in the post i saw information about my car that had been left out for example no radio? when i said there is one and that it needs to be insured and now currently its not, when it should be. Also there is a cost over and above my original excess which was not explained to me at any point on the recorded conversation. When i saw this i emailed Kiran Singh whom i dealt with, who i believe to be either a team leader or manager? who originally helped me with the error but sadly i have now emailed him 3 times asking for him to please contact me so we can rectify this mistake but i have had no response. This is unacceptable. I want this to be rectified immediately.
