I have tried to call the department on a number given to me by their branch and it goes through to an IVR and then you hear plonk y music and continuous repeated messages that All our agents are busy and Your call is important to us. Its been about 20 minutes now and it just carries on. Is there anyone in the department that answers calls? and what happened to the Service Level?
