You think if you phone people and tell them they owe you money that they will just pay, well I used to be one of those people but now I am fighting back. You listed me on ITC for monies I do not owe I specifically told your call centre agent that I DO NOT owe this money and I specifically put this up as a dispute and now you have listed me well THAT IS WRONGFUL LISTING!!! If you do not take my name off ITC within the next seven (7) days I will take legal action. Your bank is pathetic and your call centre agents are rude to match!!!
