Humble pie

Up until today, I was furious at the way FNB handled my request for a reversal refund only to learn that it had been paid to my account. I never received a sms notification and therefore did not know about the refund. After many frustrating phone calls, emails... Roegaya came to the rescue and managed to figure out what the problem was and quickly resolved it. Thank you for going the extra mile.
