I had an RCS account, which I called in to ask how to shut it down, because of the irregular billing and so forth. I was then told to go to a Game store with my ID, pay up what was owed and it would then be shut down. I did all this, and despite this I still get R35 debited from my account. It is now August 2013. I shut this down in November 2012. Despite calling in and trying to rectify this I am still being billed.
The call centre is incompetent, everyone promises to sort it out and nothing comes of it.
