It's amazing how eskom wants South African citizen to be loyal to them when it comes to using electricity. But fails to do the same for their pensioners. Can you be loyal to your ex employee who worked for 37 years but now has to suffer because of incompetent staff who do not do their work on time. This is a second complaint following the one which was logged on the 1st of August with no response as of today. How do you expect Mr Toli to survive if for 3 Months he hasn't been paid his money? that money is due to him because he worked hard for it. All the necessary forms have been filled but yet again when we call we get stinking attitudes as if your agents would appreciate such service if they were the ones not paid, his pension number is 3254189. Sort out his papers and get his money in his account and we want all of it. Don't sit on your comfortable office chairs and make other people lives miserable.
