In 2008 I had a credit card which was paid in full. 2012 the company mentioned started deducting money from me. I have been trying 9 months now to get my refunded to me. They promised me I would be refunded in February this year, but to date nothing. I keep hearing that they will pass it on to the department for the refund to be made. I am sick and tiered of their excuses and promises.
