I had won a competion on a Radio station where they had payed money into the incorrect account which i mistakenly had given the radio station, an account that i had closed a while earlier. She advised the nature of the situation and also took extra steps by contacting the radio station and informing them of the situation. The matter was resolved swiftly and the money was payed into my active account a few days later.
Great service indeed. Always very friendly. Thank You!!
