Called in to call centre and spoke to Muzi, I queried my current insurance cover I have in place and the breakdown of premiums I pay. Queried rather high annual increase on premiums too. Muzi mananged to reduce my motor vehicle excess, remove the excess and reduce my overall premium while keeping the cover amount the same. Excellent sevice, very professional. I have been a client of theirs for the last four years, and will contimue to remain a customer of theirs for a lot longer.
