Business Wise sent me a statement and an invoice for R250 for:
SUBMITTING MY INCOME TAX RETURN - They did no such thing!
WITHOUT MY CONSENT, THEY SENT AN EMPLOYEES TAX CERTIFICATE IT3 (a) from OLD MUTUAL INVESTMENT SERVICES to SARS.
I have never done business with BUSINESS WISE they were not acting on my instruction, I do not pay tax. I confronted them, asked where the had received the IT3 (a) and Izelle said "From a broker" but was not sure who!
I said I would report her to SAPS. She became rude gave me the papers she had and told me to go ahead.
Not much money involved but how many people are going to query R250?
Has anyone had a similar experience?
