I have no better words for you. Absolutely thrilled with the service received from Thuli Mahlangu today. She was beyond amazing. Very friendly and making the phone call personal and constantly ensuring that I am happy. Not only did she make the phone call and my day (or year) extra special, she also ensured that my expectations especially in terms of costs are met and far exceeded.
