For the past month and a half i have been calling Discovery's call centre only to be told a claims consultant
will contact me. NONE OF THEM EVER DID.
2 weeks ago i find out that there was a system error!!!
they will call once its sorted, GUESS WHAT>>>> I HAD TO CALL BACK.
Asked to speak to a Sr Manager>>> Guess what>>>> he's busy on a call!!!
Why do you take money off me an not provide a service!!!
I require a call from a Sr manager to explain to me is going on and why should i remain in the poor service providers books!!!
Dont respond to this if you are a customer service consultant>> You'll probably give me the same old story, that you want people to think that you are sorting out the problem!!! When you'll actually cannot resolve because of your poor service!!!
