What a wonderful experience. Dina was friendly, laughed at my jokes, understanding and was just as excited about my new purchase as I was. She was knowledgeable and totally clued up with any of the questions and queries I threw at her. It was a delight to have had that conversation even though it was about a quote on a purchase which is always contentious on consumers these days.
