On the 19th of July 9:05 am. I sent a complaint to old mutual's complaint department and I was advised that their SLA is 5 day but i still haven't received any feedback from them. they sent me a statement that does not even have the remaining term on my contract. i beliwve that this is my account and if i ask them to do whatever they should be able to assist me. what their contract says and what they are doing is totally deferent and according to the consultant named Themba that I spoke to today their complaints department is their highest escalation of which I find very pathetic then because they can't even give a client feedback. what kind of a redolution is that huh?
