Overdraft Interest Rate problem

I called the FNB call centre to check the status of an application, and I was offered an increase on my current overdraft. I was offered a higher overdraft limit, as well as a lower interest rate of 12.5% compared to my current rate of 13.5%. I accepted the offer, and after logging onto my internet profile banking I noticed that my Debit Interest Rate was now sitting at 20%. I had the SAME problem in January 2013, where the rate was displayed and charged at 20%. After about a week, FNB fixed the problem. I called the callcentre and spoke to Elizabeth Moalusi at around 16:45 on Friday 26th July 2013. She put me on hold a few times, and eventually said that she cannot put me through to the credit department, because their line is closed and will only open on Monday. She said that she will call me back today, and I advised her that I will log a complaint on Hellopeter.com should I not hear anything from her. It is now 15:00 and FNB has not responded on my call, 2 of my mails, and one premier banking message if I left.

All I want is not to be charged at 20% on my overdraft, but 12.5% as offered. Please FNB, you can help me by fixing this issue and correcting the charges accrued.
