Job well done

I would just like to compliment Shanet Smith on a great job. I wish all consultants not just at essential med could be as helpful as she is.
I had a problem with attending the new 1doctor, it was just a big misunderstanding but she got to the bottom of the problem and sorted it out.
The best part about it was that she kept me updated all the time and she is why I will remain a essential med client.
