Jumping hoops for unorganised division

We applied for our future use amount on the 2 May 2013 and where told it would take about two weeks to finalize. Not so! Almost 3 months later we are still jumping through hoops for money we where pre-approved for and paid transfer duties on. Not sure what type of procedures FNB Homeloans follow but what a waste of my time! I unfortunately do not have enough space to detail all the nonsense we have put up with! We are simply wanting to improve on the property we purchased and trust me affordability is not an issue!

The unfortunate thing is, following the excellent service we received from Glenda Venish at Park Place East, my husband and I both opened our platinum cheque accounts with FNB and moved from the bank who we where with for 20 years to FNB and gave our new homeloan to FNB . We now wonder if this was the right decision after the lack of professionalism now being received from FNB homeloans division! What a real pity!
