Please note that im very disappointed with the service received thus far. I STILL dont have any Ucount cards. This is supposed to be a simple process but clearly shows that Standard Bank has grossly underestimated what it would need to provide a service they launch. Poor planning, poor resources and above all poor customer services.
At this point I'm seriously considering demanding my money back. I have been charged for this service but yet to use it? How does this make any sense?
Would love to benefit from the fuel offer you advertise but wondering if you are purposely delaying delivery so that I cant make use of this limited offer.
I have sent e-mails to query and I receive a standard response to wait it will be delivered within 21days. What service is this??? What century are you guys operating in? the 1900's perhaps? Most banks have card at your door within 5 days!?
