Cant add beneficiary

Need to pay a new staff member, and the new FNB site does not allow me to add a new beneficiary... It keeps on informing me that some required fields are missing even if all the fields have been populated, nor does it indicate which field is NOT populated.

Please tell me what should I tell my employee when he doesn't receive his funds tonight and his debit orders bounce, many thanks for nothing.By the way the new site look and feel...
