Not withstanding the fact that we are still awaiting statements for our memebrs, but one specific member is waiting 3 months now since applying for her money, can someone perhaps confirm some manners within Absa, and actually do something psositive about my complaints?
I pay over R71 000-00 to the fund every month, but theres no common courtesy at all from Absa.
My next letter will be sent to the ombudsman!!
