I received an updated policy from Miway. As I was no longer insured by them I was surprised to get this e-mail. I e-mailed them back and asked them what this was about. A lady phoned me yesterday and we sorted this out. She is going to arrange for a refund and offered me an insurance on the contents of my house. She was so professional. I really appreciated her friendly and professional service.
