Last year December a lady phoned me from this company telling me I was handed over to them by the University, I didn't waste any time I ask for account details and I payed the money same week. I had to go to the University this Saturday to register and they told me I still owe them and my account was not cleared it still with Credit Worx. What kind of company is this don't they give whats due to their customers after they collected, we give them money and what do they do with it if they don't pay their customer. I just phoned them now and they tell me they cant send me the letter now since I don't remember who was handling my case they still need to investigate that, what is there to investigate don't they have computers punch my details and get the info they want. SO IRRITATED RIGHT NOW since I have to pay extra for late registration because of their incompetency.
