I placed a complaint this morning and one last week. And both gave me the same response - Thank you here's your ref number and we will call you. Well I have read several complaints from customers about FNB and they all seem to generate the same reply. It is an auto mated message that gets sent the moment FNB gets a complaint on Hello Peter??? All I can say is Capitec here I come.
