I have tried to get Faith Letsoalo, my private banker to assist me with the Ucount program. I paid the R20 monthly fee on 1 July, have yet to receive my card. I paid R270 at the end of May for my credit card loyalty program, and want to understand if the new scheme will superceded the Mastercard one and refund me. My mails to her of 13 July 15:58, 9 July 09:14 and 1 July 15:54 have been ignored. Clearly, I do not Count!
