I am totally disgusted at Discovery Invests lack of interest and communication. I have completed a withdrawl form with them to have funds paid back to me (my own money, not theirs) and was told it would be paid in 7-10 working days. Well, today I am on the 13th working day. I have called twice now already without any joy as they keep extending the time lines for my payment. Also, they do not have the decency to inform me as the client what the reasons are for the delay. If I had not called them, then they also would not have bothered clearly. This kind of business practise is extremely poor! I have completed and forwarded all my documentation on the 26/06/2013. Today is 17/07/2013 and still I do not have the funds in my bank account. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional!
