Jacques du Plooy - Claims, Sarel - Centow, the 2 ladies on duty at PSG Assist, and Nelius Potgieter whom kept me in the loop all the time re the time frame of my vehicles repairs. Coming from an Insurance company myself, i understand how imperative EXCELLENT service is. Well, you at CCC has most definately achieved that. Jacques from claims phoned me daily and handled everything for me in a HIGHLY professional manner. Assist stayed on the line with me until Centow arrived, and then phoned again a few minutes later to find out if I arrived home safe and if I was ok. I know all the relevant people involved personally, but was treated HIGHLY professional at all times as a client, always addressed professionally, and assisted in that way.
