Beryl was very patient and throgouh expalining every detail to my satisfaction. Apart from the fact that it was the first time I tookout insurance on a motor vehicle, she gave me sound impartial advise. I was very pleased with her friendly professionalism, I would defenately recommend her to all my followers. Virgin Money well done in employing and trainnig your staff in a manner that you have, I hope all organizations in South Africa will conform to your standards. May I also add that the team leader responsible for Beryl was very supportive towards his team {I heard this in the backround}.
