"OUTsurance - You Always Get Something Out" Really? Could have fooled me!
They claim to do their best in exceeding even your wildest expectations! In my view, they are falling short in this regard!
We submitted a claim for our microwave, decoder and TV on the 16 - 01 - 2012 and have yet to hear from anyone in terms of an update on the progress of our claim!
I deem it unacceptable that I, as the customer, have to constantly call to follow up on my claim - when in fact it should be the other way around?
We have been inconvenienced by the tardy service received from OUTsurance which does not measure up to all they promise to deliver.
How long could it possibly take to assess the damage on a TV, Decoder and microwave and authorise the replacement thereof? It's not rocket science...
We are highly disappointed loyal customers!!!
