A sad cold winter sigh

On the 30th of December my geyser burst, I phoned a plumber and it got replaced. It damaged my kitchen and lounge. The lounge floor was lifted to dry and the fire place and Trelly door to be removed and replaced same night so that I am safe, there is also a unit with wires behind linked to my whole house.
I have spoken to Outsurance so many times and never got a thing done except they lifted the floor so from January I have been left with a cement floor and my lounge furniture was stacked around the room, I can't have visitors and no friends for my child this holiday, I have spent over R 7000.00 in wood to keep warm, it's warmer outside my house, it's so bad I have wake up at night to put on more wood.
No kitchen cupboard people haven't done a thing and I had to remove the mould, I have spoken to Outsurance so many times begging and still nothing. Finally I asked for somebody in charge and I got Marlene... And all she sent was a SMS saying she knows I am still waiting. It's so bad I have told everybody NOT to go to Outsurance. I have been so messed around and can't believe nobody oversees things sigh, I am a property investor and think I need to change who I get insured with.
