Helped me with more than what was originally asked

Stephany Killow assisted me via email with an issue I had with life insurance. She just happened to be the person who emailed me my statement after a premium adjustment. I merely replied to her asking her about a life insurance that was incorrectly loaded onto my bond, and she assisted me with a refund. She could have referred me to someone else but helped me instead.
