Over a month or two ago I made a case against a car dealer, scorpion legal then sent out a letter of demand that was suppose to take 14 working day. I had to call them and send emails constantly, finally after a week or two I received an email saying the case has bee handed over to the manager. Up until today I haven't heard anything from them. I am still sitting with the query and not sure what to do they are suppose to be the best but I'm doubting that now.
