I have lost count of how many times I have complained already about you as a bank, you are pathetic to use the slogan "how can we help you" because no help has been given, you the very person who reads this complaint keeps escalating it to Premier division who does nothing about it. I spoke to RB Jacobs on Facebook then on e-mail and he has since not replied even to my emails as to why he is not replying. FNB YOU A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME. To treat me as a customer in this manner is a disgrace, I have had it. You deny me credit on all levels then ignore me when I refuse to accept it. I have threatened you with the NCR and the Banking Ombudsman but you have still choose to ignore me. But we will see. You all are a big disgrace.
