Good customer service

I required some information regarding a share account.
1) There was no waiting on the phone. ( fast response time)

2) Plaskitt, Maarten, attended to my questions, he even emailed me with some further instructions, and he there after replied to further questions I asked him via email.

Some one who knows what he is doing and is committed to making FNB a better bank.
