Having recently bought a new motor vehicle, I had to get it insured. I spoke to this gentlemen Jeremy Frank at King Price insurance and he was excellent. Very professional and a great attitude. I have other vehicles and will slowly move them all across from my current insurer, who is more concerned with me never claiming, to this new insurance company. They seem far more reasonable and as the vehicle depreciates so does the premium which is fair. Not like these others who try to entice you with paybacks for not claiming but who keep putting up the premium when the value for which they are insuring you is coming down. They don't seem to understand that insurance is exactly that, not so that I can get some money back. I can make more money in 1 hour on the market than there stupid payback bonuses. But like so many other companies, they just don't listen to the customer. But Kings do and so I will support them. Well done King Price and Jeremy Frank.
