I've put in a claim for my property and just been informed now that the policy on my property has lapsed and I cannot claim against it. I was never informed about this. How does this just happen? I put in a claim about 2 years ago and it was accepted and at the time I asked for the policy to be kept open. Please could you sort out this issue.
