EXTREMELY poor service

My claim was logged a while back and the assesment was only arranged for 28 june 2013. I was told i would hear about the claim on 03 July 2013. Nothing. I called their offices and had spoken to a gentleman only for him to notify me that the assessor had gone on leave without handing in his report. i was promised that i would be called again on 08 july 2013. No-one has called me. The number i was given to call is engaged. There seem to be no managers or supervisors willing to assist. I am sick and tired of MnF. I pay money to these people and get rude and arrogant employees and NO information. I get thee most unprofessional service. This is disgusting and quite frankly... I will NEVER recomment them to anyone.
