Refusing to remove my cellphone number of system

I am not a Nedbank customer but I receive SMS's of a Nedbank customer on my phone for every transaction. Nedbank cannot remove my cell number, their recommendation is that I just have to delete it. With the information on the SMS I already know some habits and the area of the customer.
