Incompetant and rude staff

The bank has yet again done it, we applied for a bond that was approved in record time then on the day we where supposed to sign with the attorney the bank did a amendment and told us they made a mistake, we where told this would be processed in 48 hours and now when we call to ask whats going on they say they take 5 working days and that the bond is now not approved. the call centre staff said that no matter if we complain or post on hello peter we wont be helped
