So once again, year after year I have to wait for Liberty to supply my tax certificate to do my tax return.
Strangely, premium increases are updated immediately... I also had to ask to obtain any information about this policy, other companies keep their clients updated?
I received TWO letters informing me of a change in my correspondence address, but no tax certificate.
Several weeks ago I enquired about this and was told these certificates would be ready in time - seems this is not the case...
Your client services are not up to scratch...
It also seems the only way to get helped is through Hellopeter, then so be it!
