For 15 years I have been a loyal account holder of Standard Bank. During this time I have received poor customer service, been denied elite status even though I qualified as a dentist, been ignored and treated rudely by incompetent prestige bankers, had numerous complaints never attended to, was denied a home loan and eventually helped @ SAHomeloans, the list is endless. I stayed cause I wanted to remain loyal. On the 11th June I was a victim of internet banking as a customer of Standard Bank-they R75000 from my account. I reported it the same day. Nothing was done about it till I had to call today on the 28th even though I was promised that the investigating officer would get back to me in 3 working days. So- Well Done! Thank you for helping me decide to go to FNB guys-See you!!! Never again will I ever use or recommend your bank to anyone. Regards Dr. S. Mkwananzi
