On the 27 june 2013 @ 13h59 i called virgin money regarding my late husband's acc and the lady i spoke to referred me to estate late department
i called the number 0112217737 which was answered by a consultant lady by the name of THAMIE
i explained the reason for my call, i asked Thamie whats gonna happen with my late husband's credit card acc which he had with virgin money, ALL I GOT FROM THAT LADY WAS JUST A BAD ATTITUDE, UNWILLING TO ASSIST, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
She didnt even bother to sympathyse all she said was are you the 'executor' with an attitude? and i said no then she said why do u wanna know and i said cause he is my husband and am the one receiving his letters then She said No mum what is the use of knowing if u r not the executor?
All i was asking is to notify them that my husband (the acc holder) is deceased so they can change the status on the system as well as to explain to me whats gonna happen, whether he had a credit life on his acc or not? Thants all, instead of getting assistance, i got a bad customer service from Thamie, i was not happy with the way she spoke to me, Thamie needs to understand that she is dealing with people not donkeys and she must learn to speak
