Excellent job done

On 14 June I received a call to increase my card limit. It was told to me that it will be reflecting within 7 days. When I checked this morning it didn't reflect on my account. I forgot to write down the reference number and had to redo everything. This morning I phoned and Sebastian Devapursad answered the call. His attitude was great, he immediately assisted me to sort the request. He really made it easy to connect and had a really considered it done attitude. Great job Sebastian and thanks for be so friendly and professional at all times! Great!!
